March 16 - 21: Dan will be a Woodrow Wilson Fellow at Loyola University of New Orleans, speaking to classes and showing the documentary film "New York in the Fifties," based on the memoir of the same name.
May 2 - 9: Dan will give a talk on "The Power of Place," and workshops on "Stories of Our Lives," at Rancho La Puerta health spa, Tecate, Mexico.
June 21 - 25: Dan will present "Writing Your Spiritual Autobiography" workshop, at Pendle Hill Conference Center, Pendle Hill, Pennsylvania.
August 1 - 9: Dan will give a talk on "The Power of Place," and participate in a roundtable discussion on writing with novelist and screenwriter April Smith, and novelist Anthony Gagliano; as well as present workshops on "Stories of Our Lives," during Writer's Week at Rancho La Puerta health spa, Tecate, Mexico.
September 26 - October 2: "Releasing the Creative Spirit Through Yoga, Meditation, and Writing," taught by Michele Hebert, Mehrad Nazari, and Dan Wakefield, at The Esalen Institute, Big Sur, California.
